Otto MelloukiCo-Owner & Founder
Otto believes that success is a journey rather than a final destination; and at the age of 15 years old he made the decision to begin his own journey to success.
Otto arrived in London from Casablanca, and with a strong sense of determination and discipline he embarked on his own roadmap to achieve his desired goals. Otto equates his love and passion for food to his Mum, an exceptional woman, his mentor who continues to inspire him every day.
With clear goals serving as a lighthouse, Otto enrolled into an English School in Piccadilly and found his first employment in the hospitality sector in the UK; for the next 5 years Otto immersed himself into enhancing his knowledge through education and experience and also developing his skills through practice and application.
At the grand old age of 19, Otto visited Liverpool and fell in love with the city, the pool of life; deciding that this was where he would lay down his foundations, Otto opened his first business. With Ottos visionary approach, and his eye for detail; he is a driving force.
With determination and perseverance Otto has successfully created various food concepts, always being deeply involved in all aspects of the projects from the acquisition, planning and design fostering strong collaborations with the architects; always ensuring that his vision is achieved at every stage from the conception to the completion of each project he works on.
Amine Elgueddar Co-Owner & Founder
Amine has lived in Liverpool for some considerable time but was born in the wonderful and vibrant city of Sale, Morocco. He has a long history of Food & Beverage experience throughout the sector. Amine is tireless when it comes to detail, organisation, planning and evaluation. As a result, Amine employs all the fine professional skill he learned with various hotel chains at many important levels. His commitment to fresh, healthy, fast food at affordable prices has always been his key driver. The magic and mystery of his homeland is a primary factor in his vision of the future and his businesses are a mirror image of his personality.
Amine drives his teams through fair means, incorporating policing and empowerment in good measures. The teams feel free to express themselves but stay within corporate boundaries.
Thus the Mediterranean culture can be nurtured and cultivated.
